Second Peter Principle

How now shall we live? The Christian life is a paradox. On the one hand, we are saved by grace- overwhelming, scandalous grace not based on any work or merit of our own. On the other hand, we are consistently challenged in Scripture to "make every effort..." and to "work out your salvation..." as we live out a godly life. Can we resolve the tension between grace and good works? Near the end of his life on earth, the apostle Peter shares some vital insights into the qualities a follower of Christ must focus on to remain effective and productive, all the while grounding his challenge in God's glorious grace. In the first chapter of his second letter, we discover THE SECOND PETER PRINCIPLE.
