...helping kids discover and embrace a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Combine together RED and YELLOW and what do you get? ORANGE, of course! And ORANGE is what Eastpointe Kids is all about. If you paint only with red, you will get what only red can do. If you paint only with yellow, you will get what only yellow can do. But when you paint with red and yellow, you’ll get new possibilities, fresh solutions, vibrant outcomes.
On Sunday mornings, our fantastic team of Eastpointe Kids leaders and volunteers work hard to keep your kids safe, help them have fun, and most importantly, to help kids discover and embrace a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. That is our goal each and every week. But an hour on Sunday is just not enough. Our children need to see a godly example at home; they need to be encouraged and challenged to grow in their relationship with Jesus throughout the week.
We use the color ORANGE to symbolize what it means when the CHURCH partners with PARENTS to impact the lives of their kids spiritually. Orange parents understand that by tapping into a wider community, they have the potential to make a greater impact in the lives of their children.
Each Sunday in Eastpointe Kids, children experience a high-energy large group worship time, participate in an interactive message, make friendships and connect with awesome volunteers in small groups. This hour is created to inspire kids to learn about God’s love for them and help them discover how to live out his plan for their life. Our goal is to make this the best hour of your child’s week. You’ll never sleep in on a Sunday again!
Safe, fun, biblical, age-appropriate programs are offered simultaneously with our 9:30a and 11:00a adult worship services.
We offer rooms for several age groups:
- Nursery (birth - 23 months)
- 2 year olds
- Preschool (3 - 5 year olds)
- K - 2nd Grade
- 3rd - 5th Grade
When you arrive, make your way to the south wing of our building where you will find the Eastpointe Kids Check-in Desk. Here you will find friendly volunteers who want to help you and your child feel welcome and safe. We offer pagers for the parents of our youngest children, in case we need to reach you quickly. For older kids, if you give us your mobile number, we can text you in an emergency.
On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a one-page check-in form to help us keep your child safe and secure. After that, each week when your child checks in, they will receive a printed name tag with a unique identifier and you will recieve a matching receipt you will use to pick-up your child after service.
