our needs
Accomplish our Mission with a Balanced Budget: To ensure we can fulfill our ministry vision and mission goals in the next two years, we need to grow our giving for our budget by $270,000
Reduce Debt: We currently owe $3.5 million. We’re only paying interest for the next two years. But we want to pay down our loan principal as much as possible through the Unstoppable initiative to help right-size our principal and interest payments that start in April 2024.
Upgrade Facilities: We need to catch up on deferred maintenance to our parking lot (80% of cost) and technology for worship (20% of cost)
Expand our Missions Investment in Our Community: Meeting our financial need for our budget will allow us to fulfill our current global and local mission commitments. Additional resources will allow us to grow and add to our community outreach efforts to reach more people on the east side of Columbus!
WHERE WILL THE MONEY GO?
If we reach $500,000:
$270,000 to ensure we hit our ministry and mission goals and commitments
$180,000 to debt reduction
$50,000 to facility upgrades (parking lot and technology for worship)
If we reach $1,000,000:
$270,000 to ensure we hit our ministry and mission goals and commitments
$500,000 to debt reduction
$150,000 to facility upgrades (parking lot and technology for worship)
$80,000 to add new missions & community ministries
what can i do?
Prayerfully consider giving in the following 3 ways:
Courageously: Write the largest check you have ever written to a church on our Unstoppable Commitment Sunday (April 3)
Consistently: Pledge to give weekly or monthly through April 2024
Creatively: Think of non-cash gifts like real estate, cars, stocks, bonds, etc.
